How long will my order take to arrive?
- USA Orders: 7–16 business days
- International Orders: Approximately 2 weeks
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they begin processing.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the package has already shipped, address changes may not be possible, and reshipping fees could apply.
What if I received the wrong item or size?
Email us at hezaflex@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select regions worldwide. Please note: customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
Who is responsible if my package is lost or delayed?
Once the package leaves our HQ, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Contact the carrier directly for lost or delayed packages.
Do you charge reshipping fees?
Yes, if a package is returned due to refusal or incorrect delivery information, you’ll need to cover reshipping fees.
