USA ORDERS:
Your order is a priority and will arrive within 7–16 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your order will arrive within 2 weeks after purchase.
Important Notes:
Once we ship your package, we are not responsible for delivery issues with UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Any lost or delayed packages must be handled directly with the carrier.
Please allow 24–48 hours for payment processing (excluding weekends and national holidays). Some items are made to order and require verification to prevent fraud before fulfillment.
Shipping is handled by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Ensure your address is accurate, including street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers to avoid delays. Heza and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they leave our HQ.
If a package is returned because it was not accepted, reshipping fees will apply to have it delivered again.
